Unfortunately not! You have to choose the offer that suits you best at the time of usage.

Your Xclusives Card® entitles you to either an “instant discount” or a “refund”, depending on the merchant, on any of your purchases.

An “instant discount” is an immediate, up to 50%, discount that you are entitled to, on the spot, when paying for your purchases (terms and conditions apply).

While a “refund” is a money voucher, of up to 50% of you receipt value (excluding tax), that you can redeem against purchases on your next visit to the same merchant (terms and conditions apply).

One of our customer service representatives will usually contact you one month before your membership expires, in order to assist you with your renewal. If that doesn’t happen, please feel free to request a renewal through either our customer service hotline (16025), our mobile app, any of our social media platforms, or our website’s membership form that you can find by clicking here.

If you lose your Xclusives Card® at any point in time, please contact us immediately through our customer service hotline (16025), and we shall assist you with reissuing a new card!

You can use your Xclusives privileges all year long except in special occasions and official national holidays.

Mostly yes, however some merchants restrict Xclusives usage to certain branches only. This is due to change at any given time without any prior notice. To check the participating branches of a certain merchant, please download our mobile app that’s available for both Android and iOS by clicking here.

Yes, our Merchant Network is always ever-growing, so be sure to be on the look-out for new merchants added to our network on a regular basis!

In some rare cases, we might remove some merchants from our network due to undisclosed circumstantial reasons. We reserve the right to add, change, and remove merchants from our network at any given time without prior notice.

Yes, you always have to present your Xclusives Card® physically when redeeming either a refund voucher, a super value voucher, or a Monthly Deal from the Xclusives App.

No, you can’t redeem your refund voucher once it’s issued right away. Your refund voucher can be only redeemed 24 hours after its time of issue.
